These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowBooker service provided by Flowbooker Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17055107).

By using FlowBooker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

FlowBooker provides a WhatsApp-based booking management service for small businesses. The service allows your customers to book, reschedule and cancel appointments through WhatsApp conversations managed by our automated system.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in the United Kingdom to use FlowBooker. You must have a valid WhatsApp Business account or number.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information.
• Ensure you have appropriate consent from your customers before their data is processed through FlowBooker.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
• Use the service only for legitimate business booking purposes.
• Not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages or spam.

4. WhatsApp and Meta Policies

Your use of FlowBooker is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Meta's Business Messaging Policies. You agree to comply with all applicable WhatsApp and Meta policies.

5. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept our data practices as described therein.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and technology comprising the FlowBooker service are owned by Flowbooker Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowbooker Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
